Nothing could stop a very passionate Donald Veselovac in the security sector as he has amassed a whopping 19 years of extensive and wide array of security experience spanning from counter terrorist, personal close protection procedures and tactics to working in crisis/conflict/post-conflict environments with a focus on security structure reform and personal close protection for high level political and public servants.

Donald joined the ministry of interior as a Special Police Officer, Counter Terrorist Unit in 1998 where he became a Close protection of VIP’s, protected witnesses which were assessed as high risk details, involving in high risk close protection details of foreign senior political officials visiting Croatia. He also became a SWAT Team member and later grew to a Team Leader where he was able to learn the use of tactical firearms entry, dynamic intervention in a wide range of environments (buildings, buses, trains, ships, airplanes, airports), shield shooter, shooting behind obstacles, shooting individually and in the team, use of explosives and special equipment in the team and individually.

The well-travelled security expert has a proven ability to consolidate the varying specializations such as electronics, communications, mechanics, explosives and other sophisticated devices encountered in security system management. He has involved himself as an armed PSD Team Leader who has undertaken different missions especially in Afghanistan where he was mentoring and monitoring Afghan Public Protection Force on Kajaki Dam. He also served as Air Marshal on Helicopter Mi8T (Kabul-Kandahar-Kajaki Dam) Safety and security on helicopter Mi8T duly responsible for protecting passengers, crewmember and cargo.

In the oil and gas sector, Donald has been exceptional with the protection and security of Irak TL Lukoil. He is involved in the Control and management of Team activities and schedule, planning and organizing shifts, managing and monitoring all security staff and other personnel.

He is currently in charge of the Secure Transportation Activities and Protection of High Value Assets and he serves as a Team Coordinator for Xtreme Security.

Donald is ready to take on any challenge, he is a well-rounded operative who doesn’t ask what need to be done, and when. He is always ready to go extra mile and therefore he is very valuable to Xtreme Security Team.
